Entropy Lab, a spin-off from NTU Singapore, specializes in advanced cooling technologies for urban resilience, delivering sustainable cooling through low-cost thermal management solutions that reduce energy loads.
Its flagship product, PasteCool® Ultra, redefines passive cooling by harmonizing optical and structural material properties. This dual-action approach enables buildings to both reject solar heat and release trapped thermal energy like sweating to cool down naturally.
Led by Prof Li Hong at Nanyang Technological University, the research team transforms cutting-edge research into large-scale commercial products.
The research work focuses on energy technology and spans across green hydrogen generation, waste-to-value, passive cooling, and nanofabrication.
